UNHCR dey look for $157mn to help Boko Haram victim

The United Nations High Commissioner For Refugees (UNHCR) don launch appeal for Niger for collect $157 million for helep Boko Haram refugee dem for Nigeria, Cameroon, Niger and Chad.
